Subscription rate locked 12 months from launch; annual increase capped at CPI thereafter. Usage-based & service fees are separate (then-current rates, 30 days' notice).

Ownership & exit

Your domain, content, and design are yours from day one. After the 12-month initial term, leave anytime with a complete copy of your site, free. Leaving during the initial term just settles the remaining months.

Uptime SLA

99.5% guaranteed. Prorated credits to next invoice on shortfall + notification.

Customer payments

Take payments on your site via your own Stripe account. A small Service fee is added at checkout (your customer pays it); you keep your full list price.

Subscription fee locked at launch for your first year; increases capped at CPI after that. Your domain, content, and design are yours from day one — leave after the first year and take a complete copy of your site with you, free.
